1996
Lazzerini joins the German group Grammer - with the name Grammer S.r.l. - as business unit leader for the entire bus seat market, acquiring the managerial and organisational skills typical of a multinational company.
2007
The Italian company regained its autonomy and the name Lazzerini, thanks to the visionary initiative of a group of managers: for the company began a period of great transformation oriented towards continuous innovation and customer care. The real strong point that has allowed the company to develop and grow is the relentless commitment to improving design and production flexibility and the ability to interpret the needs of international markets.
2014
Lazzerini Corporation was founded in the United States with the aim of strategic development in the American market. Thanks to this operation, the company was able to satisfy the demanding requirements of American and Canadian customers, in compliance with the regulations in force in the territory.
2019
Lazzerini acquires the Australian company Styleride Seating System, which has been producing bus seats for 25 years, and thus confirms its presence on the world market. In the same year, thanks to the entry into the company of the B4 fund, Lazzerini was able to revise its growth targets and increase its presence abroad, thus becoming a successful global player in the international market of seats for buses, school buses, ships and trains.
2021
The Lazzerini Group acquires the ownership of the British companies Phoenix and VOSC in order to consolidate, with a direct production presence, a strategic market such as the UK and to expand its product portfolio in the segment of seats for special vehicles, ambulances and cabs.
2024
As a result of hard work in which it has focused on the environment, customers, employees and the community, the company achieves the coveted B-Corp Certification for high performance in environmental and social sustainability, confirming its commitment to the well-being of all stakeholders.
