Friday, June 26 – Innocenzo Carbone, President and CEO of Lazzerini, took part in the third national stop of the Benefit Competition, Italy’s first national competition dedicated to benefit corporations, held at Confindustria Ancona.
Promoted by the Italian Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy, the initiative aims to showcase the best entrepreneurial experiences of companies that have adopted the benefit corporation model, demonstrating that economic growth can successfully go hand in hand with social and environmental sustainability while generating a positive impact on local communities.
During the event, Carbone shared Lazzerini’s experience as a company that achieved B Corp® certification in 2024, presenting the company’s journey toward a model of responsible growth and sustainable innovation.
